Morning Sadhana deeply heals and cleans your subconscious mind, leaving you with a peaceful and tranquil state of being which enhances the quality of your life in days and sometimes week to come.  Doing Sadhana in a group develops group consciousness, group support and a sense of belonging.

What is Sadhana?

We do strong breath work, yoga, mantra chanting, deep relaxation and deep meditation.

All are invited on Donations basis. Donations are to support a child at Mercy Centre.

Open to all regardless of yoga experience and/or beliefs system.
